About me
Oil painting, primarily from direct observation, enables me to capture a transitory moment while immersing myself in what I consider a meditation on both awe-inspiring and humble natural subjects.
The seasons evoke the potential for birth, growth, tranquility and contemplation. These universal themes symbolize transformation and recall colors, shapes, experiences, and memories, elements that inspire me to establish emotional connections between the familiar and experimental through the medium of oil painting.
